The Board of Zoning Appeals reviews requests for variances from the standards of the Unified Development Ordinance; appeals from an interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance; and requests for a Special Exception Permit as required by the Unified Development Ordinance, including obtaining a permit to operate an Air Bnb out of the home.
